1. Promotion Overview

This promotion (“Offer”) is available to residents of Hassans Centenary Terraces, Chatham Views, and Victory Suites who subscribe to Gibfibre services.

Eligible new customers will receive three (3) months free on their selected Gibfibre package, together with free standard installation.

Existing Gibfibre customers relocating to one of the eligible developments will receive free standard installation at their new property.

Senior citizens moving into Chatham Homes are eligible for free standard installation only.

2. Eligibility

The Offer is available to:

• New Gibfibre customers moving into Hassans Centenary Terraces, Chatham Views, or Victory Suites.
• Existing Gibfibre customers relocating their service to Hassans Centenary Terraces, Chatham Views, or Victory Suites.
• Senior citizens moving into Chatham Homes.
• Customers who can provide proof of residency if requested.

Only one Offer may be claimed per household.

3. Offer Details

New Customers

• Eligible new customers moving into Hassans Centenary Terraces, Chatham Views, or Victory Suites will receive three (3) consecutive months free of monthly subscription charges from the date of service activation.
• Standard installation and activation fees will be waived.
• Telephone calls made during the promotional period will be charged according to Gibfibre’s standard call rates.
• Optional add-on services, including but not limited to GFTV, Adult TV, additional TV boxes, Wi-Fi extenders, static IP services, or other premium services, will be charged at the applicable standard rates.
• At the end of the three-month promotional period, the customer’s package will automatically continue at the standard monthly rate unless the customer requests a package change or cancellation.

Existing Customers

• Existing Gibfibre customers relocating to Hassans Centenary Terraces, Chatham Views, or Victory Suites will receive free standard installation when transferring their service to their new property.
• Standard monthly subscription charges will continue to apply throughout the term of their service.
• Any package upgrades, add-ons, or optional services will be charged at the applicable standard rates.

Senior Citizens – Chatham Homes

• Senior citizens moving into Chatham Homes will receive free standard installation.
• Standard monthly subscription charges will apply from the date of service activation.
• This benefit does not include any free subscription period unless otherwise agreed by Gibfibre.

4. Changing or Cancelling Your Package

Customers may change package, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their service at any time in accordance with Gibfibre’s standard Terms and Conditions of Service.

Any package changes requested during a promotional free period may affect eligibility for promotional pricing.

5. Equipment & Setup

• A standard router is included at no additional charge.
• A £120 charge may apply if the router is not returned following cancellation of the service when requested by Gibfibre.
• Any additional equipment required beyond the standard installation, including but not limited to Wi-Fi extenders, TV boxes, adapters, or specialist cabling, may incur additional charges.
• Charges may apply for damaged, lost, or non-functional equipment.

6. Duration & Availability

• The Offer is conditional upon the customer maintaining their Gibfibre service for a minimum period of twelve (12) months from the date of service activation.
• If the customer cancels or terminates their service before completing the 12-month minimum period, the value of the initial three (3) free months will become payable. The amount due will be calculated using the standard monthly price of the package selected by the customer at the time the Offer was activated.
• Any amount due under this provision must be paid before the service cancellation is completed.
• This is a limited-time offer and is subject to service availability.
• Gibfibre reserves the right to withdraw, amend, extend, or replace the Offer at its discretion.
• Installation dates are subject to survey, availability, and scheduling requirements.
• The Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless expressly stated by Gibfibre.

7. General

• This promotion is subject to Gibfibre’s General Terms and Conditions of Service.
• Gibfibre reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, Gibfibre’s decision shall be final.
